Our Alpine chalet is located in Käfertal in Ferleiten, which is part of the idyllically located municipality of Fusch by Grossglockner Road. By car, you can get to the toll booths in Ferleiten in around 30 minutes. There a hiking trail leads through Käfertal into the head of the valley, where you’ll find our Alpine chalet in Hohe Tauern National Park.
The way to our Alpine chalet leads through the interactive Käfertal nature trail. Here there is plenty to see and discover for young & old: such as the climbing rock Vögeialm or the water playground with its rope ferry. In addition, there are information boards about the fauna and flora.

The hike to our Alpine chalet can be combined with many different destinations, Fusch is located along the famous Grossglockner Road which will take you to Austria’s highest mountain. Ferleiten Animal Park or the Krimml Waterfalls are also not to be missed.
